Thought Leaders recognizes that the need for
relationship networking skills will grow in direct proportion to the use
of technology. In automated commerce, for example, strong personal ties
will be significant differentiators. All things being equal (price,
quality, delivery, availability, brand), the decision to buy or sell will
be influenced by who we know, and by how well we know them. We are already
seeing this phenomenon in employment. We also expect networking "soft
skills" to be vital in globalization.
Thought Leaders exchange ideas on these and other
topics. Some of their knowledge will find their way into
RNIA and CNO
Academy.
The group may hold web-based symposiums to
share ideas. Possible future topics include:
-
Applying EQ in Relationship Networking
-
CEO: the Chief Encouragement Officer
-
Melding Human Resources with Relationship
Networking
-
The Organization as a "Personal" Contact
